Who we are

Jamesday Digital LLC is a marketing agency in Noblesville, Indiana. We run paid advertising, search and AI visibility work, and reporting for apartment communities and other businesses. Questions about anything on this page can go to cameron@jamesdayllc.com.

When you visit this website

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how people find and use the site. These set cookies and record things like the pages you view, roughly where you are (city level, from your IP address), and which site or ad sent you here. We use this to improve the site and to see which marketing is working. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Google also publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics on every site.

When you fill in a form

Our contact form, AI citation check request, and the free coffee form are handled by Formspree, which passes what you submit to us by email. We get what you type: your name, work email, company, website, and whatever else you choose to tell us. We use it to reply to you and to talk about working together. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

If you reached the site by clicking one of our Google ads, the form also carries the click identifier Google attaches to that visit (the gclid). We send it back to Google Ads so we can tell which ads produce real enquiries. It identifies the ad click, not you.

Client advertising accounts

Most of the data we handle does not come from this website. It comes from accounts our clients already own and give us permission to work in. Depending on the engagement, that can include:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through the Marketing API
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Business Profile
  • Shopify

We use that access for one thing: running and reporting on advertising for the client who granted it. We do not sell it, we do not share it with other clients, and we do not use one client's data to benefit another. A client can remove our access at any time from inside each platform, without asking us first.

Meta platform data

Jamesday Digital operates a Meta app called Jamesday Dashboard, which we use to build, manage and report on ads in client ad accounts through the Meta Marketing API. Data we receive from Meta is used only for that purpose, for the ad accounts we have been authorized to work in.

How to request deletion of your Meta data. Email cameron@jamesdayllc.com with the subject line Data deletion request, and tell us which ad account or business the request covers. We will delete any Meta platform data we hold for you within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

Customer lists for ad audiences

Some clients give us a customer list to build an ad audience from. Before anything is uploaded to an ad platform, the personal details in it (such as email addresses and phone numbers) are hashed with SHA-256, which converts them to a fixed string that cannot be read back. We keep these lists only as long as the campaign needs them, and we delete the source file when the campaign no longer uses it.

How long we keep things

Enquiries and the emails that follow them are kept while we might reasonably still be talking, and for our own business records afterwards. Client reporting data stays in place for the length of the engagement and is removed when the engagement ends, other than anything we have to keep for tax or accounting. Website analytics follow Google Analytics retention, which is set to the shortest useful period. You can ask us to delete anything sooner.

Security

We access client platforms with individual accounts and multi-factor authentication rather than shared passwords, and access is limited to the people doing the work. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep the number of places data sits as small as we can.

Children

This site and our services are for businesses. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email cameron@jamesdayllc.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, and we will honor those requests the same way.

Other companies

We rely on a small number of services to run the business, including Google, Meta, Formspree, Calendly, and our hosting and email providers. Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes to how we handle client platform data will be raised with those clients directly rather than left to a website update.
