Do you need access to our Google Business Profile?+
Yes. We ask to be added as a manager on each community profile so we can post, reply to reviews and keep hours and details current. That is separate from your website, so your web vendor isn’t involved. If you ever remove us, the profile, its posts and every review reply stay exactly as they are.
How many posts and review replies are included?+
Monitor ($350 per property a month) includes 2 posts a month and a drafted reply to every review. Grow moves to 4 posts a month and full profile management. Outrank posts up to daily, plus an extra post the day a special changes, and adds reputation management across the major review sites.
