Turn every SEO finding into something your vendor can fix.
A ranking report nobody acts on is not worth paying for. We run a technical crawl and a competitor keyword gap analysis every month and hand your web vendor a punch list with a number next to every line, not just a list of problems.
A finding, a value, and a fix, every month
A punch list, not a scorecard
Broken links, indexing, page speed, and schema errors, found monthly and sent with the fix, not just the finding.
Ranked by what the clicks are worth
Competitor keyword gap analysis shows exactly which apartment search terms a competitor ranks for and you do not, with the estimated monthly clicks behind each one.
Ready for your web vendor to execute
Briefs, or finished Fair-Housing-reviewed copy on the Outrank tier, written for the pages worth adding, so nothing sits waiting on a decision.
Crawl the site, prioritize by value, brief the fix
Every page, every month
Indexing, broken links, page speed, and schema checked on a schedule, not only when something breaks.
Ranked by clicks, not severity labels
Every finding gets an estimate of what fixing it is worth, so the punch list is ordered by impact.
Handed to your web vendor, ready to build
A brief or finished copy for every page worth adding, with the keyword and the estimated traffic attached.
Keyword gaps ranked by the clicks they are worth
Every apartment search term a competitor ranks for and you do not, sorted by estimated monthly clicks, so the next brief is obvious instead of argued about.

Do you need access to our website to do this?+
No. The technical crawl, the competitor keyword gap analysis, and the site health monitoring all run from public data, the same way a search engine sees your site, so none of it requires a login. When something needs to change on the site itself, we write the brief or the finished copy and send it to your web vendor to implement. We do not need CMS access, and your web vendor does not need anything from us beyond the brief.
How is this different from a generic SEO agency?+
A generic SEO agency optimizes for Google rankings alone, and most have no AI visibility offering at all. This is built specifically for multifamily: the keyword gaps we look for are apartment search terms, the technical checks account for a portfolio of community sites rather than one storefront, and every brief assumes a Fair Housing review before it gets published. The output is also different, a punch list with an estimated value attached, not a lengthy audit nobody opens twice.
How long until rankings and organic traffic actually move?+
Site health fixes, broken links, indexing errors, and page speed, can show up within weeks once your web vendor implements them. Rankings and organic traffic move on a slower clock, typically 3 to 6 months, because search engines need time to recrawl and re-evaluate a page. We would rather say that up front than let a client expect a month-four miracle. The monthly report shows the trend line either way, so it is visible before it becomes obvious.
