Business Profile posts, written from your own website.
Every week Pulse reads each community’s website and drafts Google Business posts for the current special, starting prices and homes available. You approve each one before it goes up.

The three things renters check first
The move-in special your website shows today, read from the banner your team already updates.
Starting price by bedroom, so the post matches your floor plan page to the dollar.
How many homes are available now, with a nudge to pick a floor plan and tour.
It never posts a special your leasing office won’t honor.
If a special can’t be read cleanly from your website, or that morning’s scan didn’t finish, there is no post for that community that day. A post built on last week’s prices is worse than no post at all, and your name is on it.
- We read your websiteThe same morning scan that collects prices, floor plans and the specials banner.
- Pulse writes the postFrom what it just read, never from a template or last week’s numbers.
- You approve, edit or skipEvery community’s drafts in one queue. Nothing moves without you.

Do posts go up without our approval?+
No. Every post waits in Pulse for your approve, edit or skip. Nothing goes out under your community’s name without a yes.
Where does the content come from?+
Your own community website: the special, the starting prices and the homes available that your team already keeps current. That is also why we never need access to your website.
What happens when a special is unclear or the website is down?+
That community gets no post that day. If the special cannot be read cleanly from your site, or the morning scan did not finish, we skip it rather than guess or reuse last week’s prices.
How many posts are included?+
Monitor ($350 per property a month) includes 2 posts a month. Grow ($500) includes 4 a month and full profile management. Outrank ($700) posts up to daily, plus an extra post the day a special changes.
Do you need access to our Business Profile?+
Yes. We ask to be added as a manager on each community’s profile, the same access we use to reply to reviews and keep hours and details current.
